Conditions of use

Dost AI Solutions, S.L. (hereinafter Dost), is an online service to automate different aspects of a business. These terms and conditions set out the rights and obligations of the user and Dost as service provider.
Dost will assume that any user who uses the service has read and accepted the conditions of use, and Dost reserves the right to update and modify the Conditions of Use without any prior notice, which will always be available at the web address blog.mydost.ai.
Dost, with Tax Identification Number B42900464 and registered office at Carrer Calabria 232, 3-2, 08029 Barcelona, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona, provides the Dost Web Site and related services in accordance with the terms set forth below.
This Agreement shall be effective as of the date on which you check the acceptance of this Agreement box at the bottom of this document. Any new features that may be added to the Services shall be subject to the Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your agreement to such changes. The most recent version of the Terms of Use will always be available at https://blog.mydost.ai.
Failure to comply with any of the Terms of Use may result in termination of your account.

1. Account conditions
   You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to access the service. You must provide a full legal name, an email address, and all information required by Dost in the account creation process. It is the user's responsibility to provide truthful information, and Dost reserves the right to delete any account if it is suspected of being untruthful or may violate any of Dost's rules of use.
   You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your account. Dost will not be liable for any loss or damage that may result from your failure to protect your login information.
   The parties agree to legally equate the customer's autographic signature to that made by means of any other type of key, code or identifying security element. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Service Provider may require written confirmation from the Customer when deemed necessary.
2. Types of contract
   The contracting of a Dost payment plan starts as soon as the user enters the card details and makes a first payment. No refunds or credits will be made under any circumstances. The limits for each tariff are specified in the pricing section of mydost.ai/precio. If the user exceeds any of the tariff limits, he/she will have to increase the fee.
   Dost reserves the right to modify the rates unilaterally and at any time, without granting any right of compensation to the users.
3. Payment and access
   A valid bank card is required to make payments. It is not necessary to create or use a free account. Dost will periodically charge you a recurring fee depending on the type of account you have signed up for.
   The Service is charged each period in advance and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of the Service, nor will there be refunds in the event that the user does not use the Service during the period of time the account is open. No exceptions will be made in any case.
   The customer accepts that it shall not be necessary to confirm receipt of the acceptance of the contract when it has been concluded exclusively by electronic communication.
   In case you charge the account level for your document volume, your card will not be charged the new amount until the next billing date. From now on, the next billing will be charged to your card for the new amount, unless the account is cancelled.
   In the event of non-payment or return of the receipt, you will be notified of the default and will automatically lose the ability to access the Service. Data will be deleted within thirty (30) days from the date of default.
   No fees include any taxes or duties required by your governmental authorities. The user is responsible for the payment of these taxes or duties. You decide who has the right to enter your account in the role you deem appropriate.
4. Changes to the service and plans
   Dost reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service at any time and for any reason with or without notice as it sees fit. Dost reserves the right to change monthly fees upon 15 days' notice. Notice of fee changes will be posted on Dost's website and in writing.
5. Cancellation and termination
   You are responsible for the correct cancellation of your account. You can cancel your account at any time via the profile menu. Once your account is cancelled, all your content will be deleted after thirty (30) days. You may cancel your account at any time, but you will be responsible for all charges incurred up to that point, including the full monthly charge for the month in which you discontinue service. Thereafter, you will not be charged. Dost reserves the right to terminate an account or prevent the use of the Software by those who do not comply with these terms of use.
6. Copyright and intellectual property
   Dost owns all Intellectual Property rights in any and all protectable components of the Service, including but not limited to the Service name, artwork, all software associated with the Service and the user interface elements contained in the Service, many of the individual features, and related documentation. You agree not to copy, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any facet of the Service that Dost owns. You further agree and undertake not to use any robot, spider, other automated device, or manual process to monitor or copy any content of the Service. Dost shall not claim any Intellectual Property rights in the Content that you upload or provide to the Service. However, by using the Service to submit content, you agree that third parties may view and share this user-submitted content.
   General terms and conditions
   The user is fully responsible for the access and correct use of Dost subject to current national or international law, as well as the principles of good faith, morality, good customs and public order. Specifically, the user undertakes to diligently observe these General Conditions of Use.
   You agree not to resell, duplicate, reproduce, or exploit any portion of the Service without the express written consent of Dost. You may not use the Service to store, host, or send harmful or unsolicited e-mail (spam).
   You understand that the Service may be used for the transmission of your Content, and that during this process, your Content, including invoices, payment notices, and personal messages, may be transferred unencrypted over the Internet. You may not use the Service to transmit any viruses, worms, or any other malicious or harmful content.
   Dost makes no warranties regarding your ability to use the Service, your satisfaction with the Service, that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, and error-free, the accuracy of mathematical calculations performed by the Service, and the correctness of Service errors.
   Neither Dost, its partners, nor its sponsors are liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages of any kind arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service. You may only remedy your dissatisfaction with the Service by discontinuing use of the Service and terminating your account.
   If any of the conditions described here are invalidated or cannot be applied, the application of any of the remaining conditions shall in no way be affected.

   The Terms of Use establish an absolute understanding between you and Dost with respect to the Service and supersede any prior agreements reached between you and Dost. The Terms, and your relationship with Dost under these Terms, shall be governed by the laws of Spain. You and Dost agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona to resolve any legal matter in connection with the Terms.
7. Security and privacy
   Dost AI Solutions S.L. complies with current legislation on confidentiality and security of confidential data.
   The data that users enter in Dost are hosted on Microsoft servers in the European Union, thus ensuring both the regulations on data hosting and the highest levels of security and accessibility of the market. Dost AI Solutions S.L. and its employees have access to account data in order to be able to improve the service as well as to offer a good support service. All Dost employees and partners have signed a confidentiality agreement in compliance with privacy regulations including the GDPR.
   Return policy
   Monthly subscriptions: If at any time during the first 30 days of using Dost you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us at soporte@mydost.ai. We will do our best to find a solution to your needs, and if this is not possible, we will refund your money. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase, and convert your account to the free plan.
   Annual Subscriptions: Dost does not oblige you to subscribe on an annual basis. We prefer that you have the choice. In return for taking out an annual subscription and as a thank you for your commitment, we offer a significant discount on our already competitive rates. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days of signing up for your annual subscription, please contact us at soporte@mydost.ai. We will do our best to find a solution to your needs, and if this is not possible, we will refund your money. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase, and convert your account to the free plan.
   Renewal of subscriptions: For your convenience, subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel the subscription. We know that sometimes customers forget to cancel an account they no longer want until they have already been charged. That's why you can cancel your subscription>monthly/annual, via the Account settings in your recovered account, even 7 business days after your renewal date, and we will still process your cancellation and give you a full refund.
   Exception to our refund policy: We will not accept refund requests from users whose service has been suspended or terminated by us for breach of our terms and conditions.
